1. Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns after this period are not accepted.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products, health supplements, or opened/used items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
